Well taken point:)!
It`s really amazing since 1972 it is impossible..
we have now 21century we have new better technology, now we know how to clone animals..
but why we cant fly to the moon again??
I do not believe it!!
People will do everything to dent the moon landing!
Too big a project to be false!
I cant believe it!
They took this risk to lied all world??
It is only shows the Americans do everything for their own benefit!
INCREDIBLE
Watch Mythbusters. They confirmed that the moon landing footage could not have been shot in a studio on this planet.
Besides, you quote Wikipedia as a source? Even if it's just dates and times, it proves you are an amateur.
Who cares if we haven't been to the moon since 1972? Why the hell would we want to go back?
*snort*
At the height of the Apollo program, NASA spending was 4% of Federal Budget. It was cut, cut, and cut again, and our manned heavy-launch capability was replaced with the space shuttle program. It was hard back then (not easy at all), and then the politicians got their teeth in it.
Try
doing
some
research.
But you do raise a good point. We should have been able to go further and bigger than we did before. Now we just dilly about in low earth orbit waiting for Congressional approval to do something fun.
(I'm done waiting, myself.)
I dont see the point of going back... perhaps you would want to open a candy store there??
